PRESS ON NAIL INFORMATION

How long do the nails take to create?

As our nails are handmade, please allow 2-3 weeks before they are posted. We do have an option for a Rush Fee if you need them quickly. Please note, as of today 12th June 2026, our orders won't be shipping until 13th July 2026.

How do I order?

Firstly, you will need to know your nail sizes. On each product page, we do have a nail size guide which works for most sets of nails, however we highly recommend getting a sizing kit to get a true and accurate size of your nails, and to see if the shape will work for you.

Once you have got your sizes, head to our product page and find a set you would like, and let us know your sizes, shape and the finish you would like.

Once you have placed your order, you will get an order confirmation and the creation time will start as soon as possible.

Can I make any customisations to the nails?

Yes, absolutely. Please email klawsbykatieeve@gmail.com for any customisation requests. If it is something like changing colour, changing placements of charms or changing shapes for some nails, these will be free. Any additional charms may have a fee.

How strong are the nails?

All our nails are salon quality and strength, so they are very durable and long lasting. All our nails are made to be re-worn.

How do I apply the nails?

For our nails, you can use either nail glue, or nail adhesive tabs.

To prep your nails, we recommend you push down your cuticles with the provided wooden cuticle pusher. If you have a cuticle nipper, we recommend nipping the cuticles at this stage. Next, use the provided nail file to shape and buff the natural nail. Lastly, use the provided cleansing wipe to cleanse any dust from the natural nail and eliminate any natural oils.

If you are using nail glue: We recommend using the nail file to also lightly file inside the press-on nail. Open the nail glue and apply a small amount to your natural nail, and on the inside of the press-on nail. Hold the press-on nail at a 45 degree angle, and press down for 15-30 seconds. Repeat for each nail. Avoid getting wet and using cuticle oil for 30 mins after application.

If you are using nail adhesive tabs: Apply the nail adhesive tabs inside the press on nail, and peel off the film. Press and hold each nail for 15-30 seconds. Avoid getting wet and using cuticle oil for 30 mins after application.

What will come with the nails?

You will receive your nails in a luxury storage box where you will be able to also keep future sets of Klaws. You will also receive a nail care kit which includes a small file, a wooden cuticle pusher, a nail cleansing brush and a cleansing wipe. You can request glue and adhesive tabs seperately.

Will the nails be exactly the same as the picture?

All of our nails are handmade and we will always try and get the nails as accurate as possible.

Cancellations & Returns

We can accept cancellations within 24hrs only. As all items are handmade, we do not accept returns or refund items. It is the customers responsibility to select the right nail sizes. If items are returned to us, it is the customers responsibility to arrange a re-delivery.

Do you ship worldwide?

At the moment, we ship to UK, EU, US & Canada. We will 100% be expanding this once the business grows.

How long does shipping take?

For the UK: up to 5 days, once posted.
For international: up to 14 days, once posted.

Please note this does not include creation time.
